Do you have a return label or QR code?
Most Amazon returns use a QR code — no printer needed. We just scan it at the counter.
Where should we pick it up?
We currently serve Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, and Auburn.
Where do we send the receipt?
We'll text you a photo of the drop-off receipt the moment it's done.

$10 flat for 1, 2, or 3 Amazon packages in a single pickup. Payment is collected by card when you book — no charge if we can't complete the return and we'll refund you immediately.
Amazon QR returns at Whole Foods, Kohl's, and Staples don't need boxes — they pack for you. For other returns, please have your item already packed and sealed.
No problem. Most clients leave the package by their front door or with their building's front desk. We send a photo confirming pickup.
Whichever location Amazon assigned your return to — usually the nearest Whole Foods, Kohl's, UPS Store, or Staples. The QR code tells us where.
Amazon issues your refund directly to your account, same as if you'd dropped it off yourself. We send you a photo of the drop-off receipt as proof.
